Real Estate Graphics
This collection highlights the graphics I’ve created while working at M Shapiro. My work has included designing marketing materials, digital assets, and community-focused visuals to support resident engagement and property branding. Each piece was tailored to align with company standards while maintaining creativity and clarity, ensuring consistency across email campaigns, flyers, social media, and on-site materials
Dog Friendly Initiative
As part of a Dog-Friendly initiative across newly acquired apartment complexes, I created marketing materials to promote pet-inclusive policies. With roughly 40% of residents owning dogs, this campaign aimed to highlight the change, foster community engagement, and position the properties as pet-friendly, using clear and visually appealing graphics to communicate the benefits effectively.

Prospects
I designed graphics for prospective residents as part of the Dog-Friendly initiative, including promotional materials for a ‘Pawperty Tour’: a pet-friendly community tour. And offers such as one month of free pet rent. I also created web graphics to support the initiative online, ensuring a consistent, engaging visual identity across all channels.
Residents
For current residents, I developed graphics to promote referral programs and highlight the new pet-friendly policies. The designs were crafted to clearly communicate benefits while maintaining a cohesive brand look across all apartment communities.

Resident Event Flyers
These are examples of resident event flyers I designed to engage community members and drive attendance. Each flyer was created with attention to branding consistency, clear communication, and visual appeal, while tailoring the design to match the unique theme of the event. I balanced creativity with readability to ensure information was easy to digest, both digitally and in print
